About Feltrando Products

 Our products are quite easy to care. Brush or vacuum them, regularly. They can also be cleaned by a professional laundromat or you can, do it yourself, at home. In this case, bear in mind these steps: if stained you should clean it immediately, using a wet sponge and soap. Avoid the stain sinking deep into the felt.

 

This product is 100% handmade. For that reason, each item is unique, Each having its own character, colour, and shape which may slightly vary. Such variation must not be seen as flawed.

 

All Feltrando items have a two year warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of the item's delivery at the address given by the buyer. It covers any manufacturing problem or faulty materials. Throughout that time we will repair or replace such items.

All damages caused by improper use or installation, negligence or natural wear of our products are excluded from this warranty.

To deploy this warranty, buyers must communicate the problem to Feltrando, by email, along with photo depicting the cause for complaint to feltrando.portugal@gmail.com

All flawed items will be replaced.

The replacement deadline will be arranged with the client.

No money will be reimbursed.
