PRICES AND PRODUCTS
All exposed products are hand-made by Feltrando Portugal or their partners. As such, we can not guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as that pictured on the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as the quality of the materials we use.
The prices indicated are in euros and include VAT at the statutory rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the respective shipping costs.
The prices and specifications of the products presented on this site may be altered by Feltrando Portugal without prior notice.
ORDER REQUEST
To order, the Customer must follow the usual online shopping process: use the buttons next to each item to select color, quantity and / or size, and to check out to finish the order, according to the instructions.
DELIVERY
Many of the products available are produced to order, that is, there may be no existing stock and the product will be produced specifically for the Customer. As such, delivery is not immediate and the average delivery time is shown next to each article. If the fabric is exhausted, the delivery time may be extended in about 2 to 3 weeks. In this event, Feltrando Portugal undertakes to advise the customer in a timely manner.
In the case of products that are in stock, it is limited to a certain number of copies. Your replacement is dependent on your production and may not be immediate.
SEND
Shipping costs are variable according to the destination, weight, dimensions and total volume of the order and will always be calculated before the order is finalized.Shipments are made through DHL, and the shipping time varies depending on the country of destination.
If you reside outside the European Union, you should be aware that the customs services in your country may charge you additional customs duties. These rates are not the responsibility of Feltrando Portugal and vary by country.
FORM OF PAYMENT
You can pay for your order through Pya Pal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express in a fast and secure way and without sharing any financial information with the Feltrando Portugal website.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Feltrando Portugal doesn’t accept exchanges but accept returns, except in case of defect or inadequacy of the product in relation to the order. As such, the Customer should consider his / her choice at the time of ordering.
In the event that the Customer wishes to make an exchange, it must do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging, and must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
We emphasize that the cost of sending the returned product and sending the new product must be borne by the Customer.
